Your PowerPoint presentation will act as your e-handouts unless you upload an alternative e-handout in the presentation management system.

There are two options in providing e-handouts to your session participants. Both options are accessed from your account in the presentation management system:

  1. Upload your presentation to the presentation management system to automatically have your PowerPoint slides converted to an e-handout (non-copyable, flash files)
  2. You also have the option of uploading a PDF file to use as an alternate e-handout, instead of using your PowerPoint slides.

We strongly encourage you to upload your materials before the conference begins, but no later than 72 hours prior to your presentation start time. We need time to have the files processed and give attendees a chance to access them ahead of time.

If you prefer to bring your own paper handouts you are welcome to, however, the Academy will not reimburse you for the costs and session participants will not be able to refer back to them online if they are misplaced or lost. There is a FedEx business center located in Lobby C for your convenience.
