Exhibit with Us

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at AudiologyNOW! 2014. General Booth selection is open.

In order to reserve Exhibit Space in Orlando – please complete the following steps:
1. View the live floor plan and choose your booth
2. Complete the Exhibit Space Contract with your contact information and requested booth space
3. Email the completed Exhibit Space Contract to Shannon Kelley
4. Once the contract has been received, you will receive an email acknowledgment within 24 business hours

Things to note:

• If you would like a booth larger than 10’x10′, please email Shannon Kelley – we will be happy to customize a location for you.
• Exhibit Space is $22 per square foot. A 10×10 space is $2,200

You’ll be able to recognize our official vendors by the logo shown in the Exhibitor Manual.

You may receive calls and mail from other service providers who claim to offer cheaper prices and quicker service, or others who identify themselves as AudiologyNOW! official vendors, when in fact they are not.
