The Exhibitor Advisory Panel (EAP) consists of representatives from various current exhibiting companies as well as Academy leadership and staff. The EAP holds quarterly conference calls to discuss exhibitor related aspects of AudiologyNOW! as well as one annual face-to-face meeting.

EAP Member Time Commitment:
- Face-to-face meeting: May or June during the upcoming year Exhibitor Site Visit event that is located in the city of the upcoming AudiologyNOW! conference.
- Participation in the Academy Leadership and Industry Breakfast at AudiologyNOW!
- Four conference calls: held August, October, December, and February.
