New for 2014
Based on discussions with the Exhibitor Advisory Panel, the 2014 Program Committee, participants of the exhibitor site visit, and feedback from the Exhibitor Survey, we are looking at a variety of ways to improve the exhibitor and attendee experience for 2014. These changes are a significant shift in the scheduling and programming for AudiologyNOW! 2014
Here are a few changes; more will be added as they are created:
- Additional non-compete time on Thursday and Friday. AudiologyNOW! 2014 will offer 10 hours of non-compete Exhibit Hall time.
- Celebrate Audiology, the opening reception for AudiologyNOW! will be held in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday night from 5:00pm – 6:30pm. All attendees and exhibitors are welcome; there will be food, open bars and entertainment. If desired, exhibitors may offer attendees food and/or drink in their individual booths. This is not a requirement.
- The Exhibit Hall hours have been compressed so the Exhibit Hall will close at 3:00pm on Friday. There will be no Saturday Exhibit Hall hours
- Enhancing the attendee experience in and out of the Exhibit Hall by creating new ways for them to learn more about the technologies and services that support the educational sessions.
- An enhanced New Product Showcase that will allow participating exhibitors the opportunity to highlight their new products in an educational format, CEUs will be offered.
- Additional areas on the show floor for more CEU and networking activities.
