Get Your Booth  

Exhibit booths are priced at $27 per square foot. A 10×10 booth is $2,700. Island booths require a minimum of 400 square feet (20×20) and an additional $500 island booth fee applies. Special pricing is available for non-profit organizations, and credits are available for first-time exhibiting companies.

Floor Plan 

Access the live, interactive floorplan here or click the floor plan image. Identify your desired booth space and either complete the booth application or email [email protected]. Please include your company name, contact information, and requested booth number.

Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The Academy will make every effort to assign one of the booth spaces requested; however, specific booth assignments are not guaranteed. 

Offer Your Education 

Take advantage of these attendee educational opportunities, available exclusively to exhibitors.

INDUSTRY UPDATES: These 30-minute updates provide attendees with information focused on product training and/ or demonstration to include new or updated software, diagnostic or instrumentation, new hearing aid products and/or features, etc. Product names may appear in the abstract and presentation.

QUICK SOLUTIONS: These 15-minute overview sessions allow attendees to gain more knowledge on specific products and their functionality. These sessions are presented within your exhibit booth and may be offered multiple times. A minimum 10×20 square feet booth size is required to participate and the booth area must be set up to create an environment conducive to learning. No cost to participate.
