Open Houses & Related Organizations

Open Houses

The Academy is excited to again provide meeting rooms for Open Houses at AudiologyNOW! 2013 for university, alumni, and state academy. We have had great success with the Open Houses and we invite you to reserve a room for your event.

Date scheduled: Wednesday, April 3

Time: 5:00PM – 6:30PM

Location: Anaheim Marriott

The Academy does not charge a fee for the meeting space; however your group will be billed directly by the vendors for any food, beverage, audiovisual equipment, and other expenses related to hosting your Open House.

To reserve your room contact us by January 22, 2013 and provide the following information:

• Name of your group (as you would like it to appear on your sign)
• Number of anticipated attendees
• Contact person’s Name
• Contact person’s phone number
• Contact person’s e-mail address
• 50 word description of your open house to be listed on the Session Planner and in ProgramNOW!

After receiving your confirmation letter you can make any needed catering arrangements with the facility caterer that will be listed in the letter. Audio/visual equipment information will also be included in your confirmation.

Related Organizations

For those organizations that wish to hold meetings in conjunction with AudiologyNOW!, please contact us and provide specific details such as date, time, and locations for each related organization event. There is a small fee for participating as a Related Organization ICW.
