T / Subway
The Silver Line subway train runs around all of Logan’s terminals between the hours of 6am and midnight. Travel anywhere on the Blue, Orange, Green, Red, and part of the Silver Line for the same price. Download a subway map here. The subway costs $2.00 and takes you to South Station, a downtown subway stop and hub for trains and buses departing Boston. The Silver Line runs from South Station to the South Boston Waterfront. Guests traveling to the BCEC are encouraged to use the World Trade Center station. From there, they can access the BCEC via accessible sidewalks. Silver Line service will be modified to stop directly at the BCEC. There is also a subway train that picks up passengers and sends them to the nearby Airport stop on the Blue Line of Boston’s subway.
Bus Service
Bus service (MBTA Route 7) is also available from South Station to the Convention Center. Outbound buses (to the Convention Center) drop off just to the west of the facility on Summer Street. Inbound buses (from the Convention Center) pick up on the opposite side of Summer Street, at the corner of Summer Street and World Trade Center Avenue. Accessible pathways are available from both of these bus stops to the BCEC.
Taxi Services
Boston taxis are available at taxi stands 24 hours a day, with service to cities throughout Massachusetts and even other
New England states. Within a 12-mile radius, the fare is metered. Outside of that, there is a flat per-mile rate; the total cost
of a trip is listed by city near the taxi stand outside every terminal.
Parking at the Boston Convention Center
BCEC South Parking Lot
To self-park ($10), from Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive, drive past the valet area, and continue straight along the side of the building.
