To reserve Exhibit Space, please follow the following steps:

1. View the live floor plan
2. Email Shannon Kelley with your requested space
3. Complete the Exhibit Space Contract and email/ fax to Shannon Kelley

Please note the following on the live floor plan:

• If you request a booth larger than 10×10, please contact Shannon Kelley. We will be happy to create the space for you.
• The main entrances are at the bottom of the floor plan. There will be entrances from Hall C and Hall D
• Space on the exhibit floor that is numbered with MR are exhibitor meeting rooms. These are not available for booth space.

Exhibit Space Rate: $22 per sq.ft.

Exhibit Space will not be confirmed until your contract is received. Since booth space is available on a first-come, first-served basis, it is recommended to send in your Exhibit Space Contract as soon as possible via fax or email to reserve the space before another potential exhibitor requests the space. Once the Exhibit Space contract has been received, you will get an email confirmation of your Booth Space reservation.
