To qualify for Academy member registration rates, you must be a current member of the American Academy of Audiology at the time of registration AND during AudiologyNOW! 2012.

Registration Dates to Remember

 

November 1, 2011	Members registration and housing opens for Academy members only
December 1, 2011	Nonmember and Exhibitor registration and housing opens
January 18, 2012	Early registration rate deadline
March 1, 2012	Last day to register for housing online
March 16, 2012	Badge Mailing
March 16, 2012	Last day to cancel for refunds (cancellation policy)
March 26, 2012	Advance registration rate deadline
March 27-31, 2012	On-site rates apply

 

 

Member Assistance Program (MAP)

Audiologists who wish to attend AudiologyNOW!® 2012 but are experiencing financial hardship (for medical, family, professional, or other personal reasons) are encouraged to apply for convention travel and registration support through the American Academy of Audiology Foundation’s MAP.

• Applications are now available and are due by January 13, 2012.  
• Applications will be evaluated and reviewed by the award committee with notification of awards made by January 31, 2012.
