If your membership is not current, you will need to fax or mail your membership materials. Once your membership is current, you will be able to apply as a student volunteer. How Do I Know if I am Accepted as a Volunteer?

After your online student volunteer registration is processed, you will automatically be e-mailed an acceptance letter. If you have not received an e-mailed acceptance letter within two weeks of registering, it is your responsibility to contact the Academy.

When Will I Be Volunteering?

You will select your volunteer assignment time when you register. This is based on a first-come, first-served basis of available slots.

How Do I Make Hotel Reservations?

Housing reservations are included in the online registration process. Once you register for AudiologyNOW! 2012 online, you will automatically be stepped to the hotel reservation section. Do not call the hotels directly, as you will not be given the convention rate.

If you are rooming with others, only one hotel reservation should be made by one of the individuals staying in the room. That individual will be able to list the other occupants on their hotel reservation page. Duplicate reservations on other registration forms could result in duplicate hotel reservations and ultimately room cancellation fees.

How Do I Reserve Tickets for Events with Admission Fees?

Options for paid events are available with online reservation.

What is "preferred student housing” and if I’m a student do I have to stay there?

Preferred student housing indicates hotels that best fit within the student budget price point and offers amenities often requested by students (i.e. free breakfast). This also may help students stay at the same location and further their networking potential. You are not required to stay at the student hotel if you are a student and you need not be a student to stay at the preferred student hotel.

I would like to volunteer to be on the 2012 Program Committee, whom should I contact?

The committee assignments have already been set for 2012 but if you are interested in volunteering on the 2013 Program Committee please contact Lisa Yonkers and she can forward your name to the 2013 Program Chair.
