Priority Points

Priority Points booth selection for AudiologyNOW! 2011 Chicago, IL will be conducted online in May 2010 after AudiologyNOW! 2010 event. You will receive a complete information package in San Diego with full details on the Priority Selection process including payment options.

All 2010 exhibitors will receive a scheduled date and time to select their exhibit space. This scheduled time is based on Priority Points. We will call the main contact listed for your company at the scheduled time. If you miss your scheduled time, you will not be able to select until priority space selection has ended and will be charged the standard booth rate. If you will be unavailable at your scheduled time or need to have the contact name/phone number changed, please contact Brittany Kuntz to make other arrangements.

Exhibitors may earn additional Priority Points by participating in the Academy’s sponsorship program: additional points will be applied towards AudiologyNOW! 2011 only. For additional information, see the Sponsorship Menu in the Marketing section. Mergers and acquisitions after January 1, 2010, will not affect Priority Points towards 2011 selection. Penalties will be assigned during 2010 for those who violate the Enforcement of Rules and your Priority Points may be affected. Refer to the Enforcement of Rules located in the Rules & Regulations section.

Copies of the priority points selection schedule will be made available through the following methods:

  1. Letter mailed in April
  2. Available in Expo Office on-site at AudiologyNOW! 2010
  3. Posted on our website at the end of April 2010
