Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be received in writing via email, mail, or fax prior to March 14 in order to receive a refund (less a $75 processing fee). Refunds will not be issued for requests postmarked or dated after March 14.

Student Members: Cancellation requests must be received in writing via email, mail, or fax, prior to March 14 in order to receive a refund. Starting March 14, no refunds will be issued.

Your request must include:

  • Full name
  • Verify that funds can be transferred back to the credit card on file (not applicable to cancellations received after March 14).
  • Indicate if your hotel accommodations need cancelling (starting January 28, all hotel accommodations will need to be cancelled directly with the hotel).

All refunds will be processed after AudiologyNOW! between May and July.
