Housing is now closed. Please contact hotels directly to make a reservation or a change to a current reservation.

Important Information

• To better manage the number of hotel rooms being reserved, registration will need to be completed before a hotel reservation can be made. Attendees will register first and upon successful completion, will be directed to a hotel reservation web site.
• Do not contact the hotels directly as these rates are only available through our housing provider.
• Every effort is made to secure the room type (1- bed/2-beds) requested. However, we cannot guarantee the hotel will have the requested room type upon arrival. Hotels try to honor requests but if more rooms of a certain type are requested than the hotel has available, the rooms are given out on a first arrival basis. If room-type is very important try to schedule your arrival time for earlier in the day to get the best selection of available rooms.
• Complimentary Shuttle service is provided between the hotels and the Charlotte Convention Center. Some hotels are within walking distance.  This shuttle service does not provide service between the airport and the official hotels. If you require transportation that is wheelchair accessible, please note this on your registration form or contact Shannon Kelley, skelley@audiology.org, at least two weeks prior to your arrival in Charlotte.

City Center Courtyard

The property is located in the heart of uptown Charlotte’s financial and entertainment district to include corporate headquarters for Wachovia and Bank of America. The property is centrally located just two blocks from the Charlotte Convention Center and New Charlotte Bobcats Uptown Arena and just four blocks from Bank of America Stadium home of the Carolina Panthers.

Crowne Plaza

Residence Inn
