Registration Categories

Member

To qualify for the Academy member registration rate, you must be a Member (Fellow or Associate) of the American Academy of Audiology when you register for the convention. If you are in the process of being approved for membership or wish to apply concurrently with this registration, register at the member rate. To become an Academy member, please complete the membership application and return it to the address listed on the form. International (Member/Associate)

Attendees residing outside of the U.S. may register at the International Rate. To qualify for the International registration rate, you must be an International Member/ Associate of the American Academy of Audiology when you register for the convention.  If you are in the process of being approved for International membership or wish to apply concurrently with this registration, register at the International rate. To become an International Fellow, Member or Associate member, please complete the International membership application. Badges will be mailed to Canadians who register by March 11, 2006. All other International attendees will need to pick up their badge at the International registration desk on-site.

AudiologyNOW! attendees who require visas to travel are encouraged to begin this process as early as possible. Student Member

A student member is an individual who is enrolled full-time in an audiology graduate program at an accredited institution for higher learning, or an individual in a post-graduate internship.  If you are a fellow member of the Academy and enrolled in a long-distance AuD program, you must register as a Member. You are not eligible for the Student Membership registration fee. If you are in the process of being approved for Student membership or wish to apply concurrently with this registration, register at the Student rate. To become an Student member, please complete the Student Membership Application. If you have questions, contact the Academy Membership Department toll-free at 1-800-222-2336.

One-Day

This category is for those who do not want to miss out but are only able to attend for one day. One-Day registrants receive access, for the day the ticket is purchased for, to educational sessions, to Audiology Solutions (expo), to special events, and a box lunch ticket. If you plan to attend for more than one day, you are required to register as a full attendee.

Audiology Solutions (expo) Only

This category will allow you unlimited access to the Audiology Solutions exhibit hall and box lunch tickets for all three days. Audiology Solutions Only registrants are unable to attend educational sessions.

Spouse/Guest Registration

This registration is for a non-audiologist spouse or guest (18 years or older) of an AudiologyNOW! registrant, and includes: entry to Audiology Solutions with box lunch tickets, Celebrate Audiology, General Assembly, and Trivia Bowl. Limit one guest per registrant.

Office Personnel

Register your front office personnel to attend AudiologyNOW! at a reduced fee. Choose from a series of courses in Hearing Loss Prevention SuperTrack such as New Frontiers in Clinical Practice: HL Prevention Programs, Preventing Music-Induced HL in Clinical Practice or Dangerous Decibels I & II. Also included in the Office Personnel package price is a ticket to attend the Learning Lab "Coding and Documentation for Practice Management", access to all educational sessions, Audiology Solutions and box lunches.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibit Booth Personnel cannot register using attendee registration. Complete the Exhibitor Registration Form included in the Exhibitor Service Manual and refer to it for information on how Exhibitors may register to attend educational sessions to receive CEUs.
