ARC Poster Presentation Scholarships

The ARC Poster Presentation Scholarships have been made available through a conference grant (R13 DC011728) from the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD).  Up to 12 audiology doctoral students and/or post-doctoral fellows will be selected based on a poster presentation application to receive registration and hotel/travel reimbursement to attend and make their poster presentation at ARC 2012. 

Application Instructions

The application deadline was November 28, 2011. Applicants will be notified of acceptance in late December.

Hotel/Travel Reimbursement

Each of the following hotel and travel expenses to attend ARC 2012 will be reimbursed to you following the conference.  You must make your poster presentation and attend the full ARC conference to receive reimbursement.

• Up to a maximum of $85.00 per night for 2 nights hotel stay; total reimbursable for 2 nights is $170.00 including tax.           
• Up to a maximum of $450.00 round-trip, coach-class airfare. U.S. flag carriers must be used where possible.

Receipts for all hotel and travel expenses must accompany the reimbursement form, which will be emailed to you if selected to receive the scholarship. Completed reimbursement forms with receipts attached must be received at the Academy office within 30 days following ARC 2012.
